After 31 years working for Municipal Governments, Dave Vogelsong retired and joined the Rossi team in May of 2017. During his career, Dave was Franklin County’s first and only Utility Director, (Franklin County joined Western Virginia Water Authority and Dave transferred to the Authority for the last 8 years before retiring) the City Engineer for the City of Fredericksburg and the Town Engineer for the Town of Blacksburg. He has a BS from Old Dominion University and a Master’s from Virginia Tech. At Rossi, he does estimating/bidding on projects, monitors Safety, and assists the three Managers when needed.
